Research Higher Degree candidates had just three minutes to impress a selection panel including SLQ's Christian Duell and be crowned the School of Architecture's Three Minute Thesis champion for 2013.
If TED talks, then 3MT crams tens of thousands of words into a compelling argument for a non-specialist-audience. The School's competition forms part of the first round of the UQ Graduate School's university-wide competition.
Congratulations to Gill Matthewson who took out the prize and will go on to the EAIT Faculty round. Congratulations also go to Amy Clarke who came in second, and gets to avoid the next round.
