Wednesday, 11 October 2017

Associate Professor Antony Moulis has published Le Corbusier, a four-volume collection of critical writings by and about Le Corbusier in Routledge’s Critical Concepts in Architecture series. Edited with Graham Livesey from the University of Calgary, the publication includes contributions by the world’s leading architectural thinkers, It represents both a resource and a re-evaluation of, arguably, modernism’s most important architect.

This four-volume collection of writings on the career and legacy of Le Corbusier traces the various periods of his life from his early training to his final projects. The writings, by Le Corbusier and leading scholars, also explore important themes and specific buildings. The final volume includes articles, some critical of his ideas, which examine his legacy and impact.
