Linkage outcome: Hot Modernism

Hot Modernism: Building Modern Queensland was opened last night. The exhibition curated by ATCH Fellows Deborah van der Plaat and Janina Gosseye in collaboration with Kevin Wilson and Gavin Bannerman (State Library of Queensland) was an outcome of the Australian Research Council Linkage Grant "Architectural Practice in Postwar Queensland (1945-1975): Building and Interpreting an Oral History Archive" awarded to the Schools of Architecture (John Macarthur, Deborah van der Plaat and Andrew Wilson) and Information Technology (Jane Hunter) in 2011. Industry partners included the State Library of Queensland, Wilson Architects, Conrad Garget Architecture and BVN.
